Orderprosess.

When the order has been recieved, you will recieve a order confirmation. Please read this carefully and see if it is according to your order.

Information given in the webstore.

I do my best to ensure that the information given in Reel Replicas is correct. There might however occur type errors and products being sold out. I claim the right to cancel the order in case it is sold out.

Prices

All the prices are including norwegian VAT. Shipping costs come in addition. These costs can be seen on the checkout page. Please note the import laws-and expenses for your country, as Reel Replicas does not cover these expenses.

Payment

There are two ways of paying at Reel Replicas:

1. You pay for the products with a credit card at PayPal. You will automatically be transferred to PayPal where you pay, and then transported back to Reel Replicas when the transaction is complete. You do not need a PayPal account to shop at Reel Replicas.

PayPal has problems recognizing norwegian letters. Just ignore the red warning sign and press "continue" on the bottom of the left page.

2. If you wish to pay by your local bank, you can choose "Pay Upfront". Then you will receive an order confirmation with the a bank account number. Pay the sum to the bank account and the items will be sent to you as soon as the payment is verified.

Viewing the products

After you've recieved the products, please make sure they are in good order and have not been damaged during transport.

Damaged products or regretting the purchase

If a product is damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. See the contact page for contact information. If you regret buying a product you have 14 days to let me know of this. Use the contact information on the contact page and write an e-mail (preferably) or a letter.

A form will follow your product. Please fill this out and return the product in the same state as you recieved it. You have to pay for the return shipment yourself. I will only cover the cost of the product and the shipping charge one way. The money will be transferred to your account no later than 14 days after I have recieved the product.
